Data Analytics - Manager

Data Analytics Manager role at Sikich, a global company specializing in Accounting, Advisory, and Technical professional services. The role involves building, analyzing, and supporting data pipelines, ETL systems, APIs, and real-time ingestion. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in data analytics, and expertise in APIs, SQL, cloud, metadata, and real-time data flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years experience in data analytics, including expertise with APIs, SQL, cloud, metadata, real-time data flows
• Experience with federal data/analytics initiatives, including familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data analytic tools (e.g. Python, Alteryx, R)
• PMP and/or Lean Sig Sigma certification preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of ISO 9001 and other process improvement principles preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
• U.S Citizenship is required
• Ability to perform work on site in Washington DC, daily
• Ability to travel required
