Sikich is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Mapping Consultant to serve as the primary liaison to business stakeholders. The role involves leading requirements sessions, process mapping, and organizational design support, as well as documenting business processes and conducting testing and validation.
Requirements
- Experience documenting business processes, preferably using LSS, ISO 9001, PMBOK and federal standards.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data analytic tools (e.g. Python, Alteryx, R).
- Familiarity with OMB Circulars A-11 and A-123, and other federal internal controls (e.g. GAO's Green Book).
- Lean six sigma certification is preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 3+ years as Business Analyst or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
- U.S Citizenship is required
