SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in traditional and modern Middle Eastern sweets and desserts, with expertise in creating high-quality pastries, maintaining consistency, and working in a high-volume environment. They will contribute to menu development, quality assurance, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, preferably in a Middle Eastern or high-end Arabic concept.
• Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts and sweets.
• Strong knowledge of sugar and syrup work, nut fillings, semolina-based pastries, and dairy-based confections.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders during high-volume periods.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and contribute to new innovations.
