Chef de Partie - Pastry (Middle Eastern/ Syrian,Persian,Dessert)

SIHAMCO is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie – Pastry to join their culinary team, specializing in traditional and modern interpretations of Middle Eastern sweets and desserts. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-quality pastry production, a deep understanding of Arabic confectionery techniques, and excellent attention to detail. The role involves menu development, quality control, training of junior staff, and maintaining food safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
• Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts and sweets.
• Strong knowledge of sugar and syrup work, nut fillings, semolina-based pastries, and dairy-based confections.
• Culinary diploma or relevant pastry certification preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
