Content Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to turn our mission, customer insights, and product strengths into compelling content that drives demand, builds trust, and positions Signpost as the go-to communications and operations partner for home service pros.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, preferably in SaaS companies or similar environments
• Full-funnel content creation experience, including blogs, landing pages, guides, scripts, email, and social media
• SEO & Organic Growth experience, including keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization
• Industry familiarity with SMB, home services, martech, or communications tools
• Startup mentality and ability to iterate quickly and build structure as you go
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Sales, and CS teams
