Job Description
Significance, a woman-owned consulting firm, seeks a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) in enhancing installation modernization and capability support. The role involves identifying, assessing, and integrating new technologies and processes to improve readiness and effectiveness, collaborating with various stakeholders, developing guidance, and providing comprehensive support for modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Over ten years of experience supporting similar tasks
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, community planning, or facility management
- OR 10 years of experience as an analyst or program manager at the Service Component Headquarters or DoD level
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Prior experience working with military-based programs
- Secret Clearance
