Senior Program Management Analyst

At ITA International, we're seeking a Senior Analyst to join the team at Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and best practices, contributing to reports and briefings, and working with senior leadership to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts in data analytics or similar field
• Marine Corps experience that included staff level positions within a Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) organization
• Experienced in an Operations Research and System Analysis (ORSA)-centric work environment
• A working knowledge of Performance Management data analysis using industry accepted statistical tools and software
• Ability to work independently, have excellent communication and analytical skills
