Governance Advisor

The Governance Advisor role involves providing expert-level planning, execution, and advising on enterprise governance initiatives, with a focus on performance management, reporting, delegations of responsibility, strategic planning, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience working with federal organizations and possess strong management analysis, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 10 years or more experience at the expert level planning, executing and or advising senior executives on enterprise governance
• Experience working with federal organizations on governance initiatives
• Strong management analysis, problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent understanding of governance frameworks and leading practices
• Ability to generate recommendations and implementation strategies to address key governance issues
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
