Job Description
The Governance Manager/Board Liaison plays a crucial role in supporting the Board of Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of board activities while also enhancing MSCI’s overall governance framework. The role provides the unique opportunity to work with senior leaders of MSCI’s leadership team, as well as MSCI’s Board of Directors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate governance, Board operations or a similar role, preferably within a large, global public company.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
