The Logistics Support Specialist is a critical role within Shorr's rapidly growing organization. The position is responsible for assisting with the tactical needs within Shorr's Logistics team, including tracking shipments, resolving service delays, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or one to three years related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, supply chain and freight coordination
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to move from task to task in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of urgency and ability to resolve issues promptly
- Proactive mindset with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with little oversight
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Outlook, Word, and Excel
