We are looking for a Manager of AI and Data Science to lead a talented team driving the future of AI-powered logistics solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management and requires 7+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining ML models and AI agents in production environments
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, modern ML tooling, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent development kits
- Strong understanding of data engineering best practices including ETL pipelines, data integrity, monitoring, and optimization
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and collaborating with DevOps teams to enable scalable AI/ML systems
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and collaborative excellence
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Experience with the entire SDLC in Agile methodologies and git
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a quantitative field, or demonstrated equivalent experience
