Business Development Representative (BDR) – Italian & French Market

We're hiring a Business Development Representative to accelerate ShippyPro's growth, with a primary focus on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, qualification, and pipeline development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in prospecting, engaging with decision-makers, and opening the doors to strategic accounts that expand ShippyPro's footprint in the Italian and French market.

Requirements

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and inbound lead follow-up.
• Research and target high-potential accounts and verticals, identifying key stakeholders and mapping decision-making processes.
• Book discovery meetings for the Sales team by effectively communicating ShippyPro's value proposition.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and support pipeline progression.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities created).
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, lead nurturing, and market feedback to improve conversion.
• Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
