GL Accountant Lead (R2R) (f/m/d)

We are seeking a GL Accountant Lead to lead our teams and technical execution in building a group-first accounting engine, with strong General Ledger ownership, clean intercompany, reliable close routines, and audit-ready documentation across entities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in General Ledger ownership, close, and balance sheet in a multi-entity environment
• Leadership and management experience in a similar role
• Strong technical foundation in IFRS and HGB (German GAAP)
• Tech-savviness in finance systems, NetSuite experience a plus
• Fluency in German (C1) and English
