GL Accounting Manager

sennder is seeking a GL Accounting Manager to oversee and manage General Ledger Accounting function across specific sennder entities. The role will involve coordinating GL activities across multiple countries and entities, supporting the implementation of standardized processes, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or Audit, with proven team leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of local GAAPs and IFRS; familiarity with other local GAAPs is an advantage
• Demonstrated experience in multi-entity and international month-end closings
• Experience managing local tax compliance topics, in coordination with tax advisors or external stakeholders, is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Background in finance transformation, process optimization, or shared service environments is highly advantageous
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite and Oracle preferred) and solid Excel skills
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
