Join ShiftCare as a Social Media Manager to lead the company's social presence and storytelling. You'll own content planning, publishing, and engagement across channels, turning the brand story into posts, campaigns, and experiences that connect with care providers and carers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B marketing or SaaS
- Proven experience growing social channels and executing campaigns with measurable impact
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including video and graphics
- Demonstrated experience managing your own social channels and building an engaged following
- Experience with social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native platform tools)
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar design tools for quick asset creation
- Hands-on experience with EDM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) including segmentation, automation, and reporting
- Understanding of paid social advertising and optimisation across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
- Experience aligning global themes and adapting content for regional audiences across multiple markets
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimise campaigns across both social and email
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean marketing team
