Shift4 is seeking an Onboarding Operations Associate to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners, handle post-onboarding change requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners.
- Handle post-onboarding change requests from merchants and partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the onboarding system.
- Handle cases efficiently, maintaining service-level expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to gather required documentation and information.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Identify process gaps and areas for improvement and escalate recommendations appropriately.
