Onboarding Operations Associate

Shift4 is seeking an Onboarding Operations Associate to join its cross-functional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the foundational tasks across the entire merchant onboarding lifecycle.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn
• Analytical skills to identify trends and spot issues
• Previous customer handling experience (an asset)
• Good interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and oral English
• Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel considered an asset
