AML Associate (Client Due Diligence)

The AML Associate is a key operational leader within Shift4’s Finance and Risk organization, ensuring operational excellence in the execution of KYC, AML, and fraud monitoring processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in AML, KYC, or related compliance role.
• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
