Job Description
Shepard Exposition Services is seeking a Manager, Structural Design to lead and oversee a team responsible for the design and detailing of trade show floors, exhibits, and show management areas. This role involves both creative direction, technical expertise, and operational management, as well as team recruitment and training. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering high-quality designs while ensuring smooth operations and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Structural Design team.
- Review and approve team's time cards, expense reports, and business submissions.
- Collaborate with Operations to resolve design issues.
- Lead departmental recruitment efforts and maintain departmental SOPs.
