Region IV - Prevention Case Manager

Shelter House is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness and domestic violence. We are seeking a Prevention Case Manager to support people at risk of homelessness and provide direct services, advocacy, and referrals to ensure housing stability.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human services or related field or commensurate experience
• 2+ years of street outreach/case management/direct services experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities and make sound judgments
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
