Kennedy Shelter - Outreach Case Manager

The Street Outreach Case Manager provides services to unsheltered individuals in Fairfax County through the Street Outreach and Hypothermia Prevention Programs. The role seeks out, engages, and builds rapport with individuals in need, utilizing a Housing First framework to support them in securing permanent housing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• 2+ years of case management or direct services experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities and make sound judgments
