Job Description
The Global Trade Compliance Director will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s global trade compliance program. This role combines operational leadership and strategic counsel to ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and supply chain security standards.
Requirements
- Lead and oversee global trade compliance strategies, policies, and procedures
- Provide strategic guidance on US and international trade regulations
- Support compliance activities of the broader Trade Compliance team
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on impacts to business operations
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Manage responses to government inquiries, enforcement actions, and voluntary disclosures
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
