Job Description
Shaner Hotel Group is seeking a Server Lighthouse Kitchen + Bar Manager to join the Faro Blanco Resort, a Curio by Hilton property in Marathon, FL. This role involves ensuring compliance with operational procedures, maintaining food safety, and communicating with all departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, a valid state of age for serving alcohol, and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public
- Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
- ServSafe and/or food safety training
- Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
