The Lighthouse Kitchen + Bar at Hilton Curio CollectionClub in Marathon, FL is seeking a Host/Hostess to ensure exceptional guest experience. This role involves maintaining food and beverage safety, assisting with service, managing reservations, and being a communication hub for various teams. Flexibility in a non-traditional schedule is required.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
- ServSafe and/or food safety training.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions.
