Chief Operations Officer

We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to architect and run the front-end plumbing of the business, focusing on operating model, OKRs, RevOps, service management, platform architecture, security, and integration of new ventures. This role requires strong leadership, operational experience, and a data-driven approach to improve efficiency and scale operations across brands. The COO will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing operations organization.

Requirements

• Translate strategy into quantifiable KPIs and deliver results.
• Build and own RevOps stacks (CRM, Marketing Ops, Success/Support, Billing & Collections).
• Implement fit-for-purpose ITIL 4 lite practices.
• Institutionalize DORA/Accelerate metrics with real-time visibility.
• Lead security & compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Define vendor strategy, negotiate commercials, consolidate tools, and control unit costs.
