Chief Operations Officer

We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead and run the front-end of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, alignment with business goals, and seamless integration of new products and programs. The role will focus on revOps, service management, platform architecture, security, and compliance, driving speed, safety, and scalability in a technology-driven environment.

Requirements

• Translate strategy into quantifiable KPIs and deliver.
• Build and own the RevOps stack (CRM -> Marketing Ops -> Success/Support -> Billing & Collections).
• Implement Fit-for-Purpose ITIL 4 lite practices.
• Institutionalize DORA/Accelerate metrics with real-time visibility.
• Lead security & compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
