Provides support to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales, as part of the Commercial Order Processing team. Supports Order Entry and RFQs for the Americas, provides invoicing of progress billings and follow-up on payments, and supports the Letter of Credit process.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience in customer service/technical customer service
- Chemical industry experience will be a plus
- Fluent English, additional (Spanish, German) is a plus
- Logistics (regulations, export control. Incoterms. Packing, etc.)
- Some familiarity with reading and understanding technical documents such as blueprints, parts lists etc..
- SAP-system software
- Knowledge of machining & manufacturing of chemical process equipment is a plus
