Job Description
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be an integral part of the Seven Seas Water Group HR team, responsible for sourcing talent and other aspects of the recruitment process. This role will work closely with the SVP- HR and other HR team members to help source candidates for roles across all of the Seven Seas Water Group in the U.S. as well as in South America and the Caribbean.
Requirements
- Responsible for pre-screening, assessing, interviewing, and coaching hiring managers on all areas of Talent Acquisition
- Partnering with the HR team to drive the talent acquisition lifecycle for assigned roles
- Developing strong, collaborative relationships with the HR team and Business Leaders to drive effective talent hiring strategies
