Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Behavior Health Clinician to provide high-quality clinical care to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities. The role involves delivering individualized therapy, treatment planning, and case management services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring services are effective and compliant with regulations. The position offers the opportunity to earn supervision hours and earning referral fees.
Requirements
- Provide home-based individual therapy, family therapy, and case management services.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.
