Job Description
This role is for a Clinical Behavior Health Clinician providing in-home therapy and case management to children, adolescents, and families in their homes. The position offers opportunities for skill development, licensure eligibility, and ethical practice within a multidisciplinary team. Flexible hours and no weekends are required.
Requirements
- Provide home-based individual therapy, family therapy, and case management services.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
- Adhere to confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.
