Job Description
The Behavioral Health (BH) Clinician–I will provide direct clinical care to children, adolescents, and their families, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with ethical guidelines. This role involves working with families in outpatient and residential settings, providing therapy, case management, and risk assessments. The role involves both emergency service coverage and adherence to clinical best practices.
Requirements
- Active CANS certification
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling
- Developing proficiency in individual/youth and family clinical care
- Demonstrated and/or developing competency with establishing a therapeutic rapport with clients
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, collaboration, ethics, appropriate boundaries and good judgment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, organization skills, timeliness, and ability to work effectively with others
