Assistant Residence Director

Assistant Residence Director at Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation. The role assists with the oversight of daily operations of the assigned residence, provides on-the-job training, and implements individualized care plans.

Requirements

• High school graduate or General Educational Development (GED) with relevant experience
• Commitment to assisting people with developmental disabilities to participate fully in the life of their community
• Prior direct care experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
