Job Description
Seven Hills Community Services is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support the operation of their residential program. The role involves assisting with daily operations, providing on-the-job training, and implementing individualized care plans. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the overall well-being of individuals in need.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record
- MAP certification preferred CPR/First Aid required
- Safe passenger vehicle and good driving record, adequate insurance, driver’s license required
- Commitment to assisting people with developmental disabilities to participate fully in the life of their community
- Basic computer literacy
