Job Description
Sev1Tech is seeking a Delivery Analyst to support a team providing enterprise IT operations support for a DHS customer. The role focuses on infrastructure management, operation, automation, and using AI/predictive analytics to improve efficiency and resilience. The ideal candidate will minimize manual intervention and implement workflows for end-to-end task execution. The position also requires a Bachelor’s Degree and eligibility for Entry on Duty clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years of experience in Unified Communications support systems and related delivery mechanisms
- Skill-set equivalence to Cisco CCNP Routing and Switching certification (minimum)
