Job Description
Empower AI is seeking a Delivery Analyst for their Unified Communications platform to improve the potential of their workforce. The role involves monitoring network issues and providing expert technical guidance for Unified Communications systems.
Requirements
- Monitor network hardware operations.
- Plans implementation of enhancements and upgrades to the network.
- Performs cost/benefit studies of network configurations.
- Advises network users of hardware requirements, configurations and limitations.
- Conducts firewall and WAN balancing to ensure quality of service.
- Maintains contact with vendors during problem restoration.
- May supervise lower level staff.
