Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including iOS and mobile application development
- Proven track record of leading mobile teams through product cycles and scaling apps in production
- Leveraging AI on a daily basis to solve problems and ensure teams are adopting AI as a tool
- Deep expertise in mobile development, software engineering fundamentals, DevOps & toolchains, and product planning and execution
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
