The ideal candidate has experience in solution selling, using products such as Atlassian to drive transformational services solutions to customers.
Requirements
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and partners
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
- Generate leads, manage pipeline, update forecast, develop and execute account plans
- Close opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Maintain CRM and accounts plans for customers and prospects
- Coordinate internal and external resources to improve customers' experience
- Stay current with ServiceRocket's offerings and industry trends
- Host product demonstrations, webinars and other online events to educate customers and prospects
- Illustrate the value of ServiceRocket's products and services to create growth opportunities
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings
- Research and assist with program development for existing customers and new prospects
