Job Description
ServerHub is seeking a Senior Linux System Engineer to provide expert support for their high-performance cloud and hosting solutions. The role involves scaling, troubleshooting, and securing Linux-based infrastructure, as well as automating server operations and managing security. Candidates should be able to work in a 24/7 production environment with on-call duties.
Requirements
- 11+ years of hands-on Linux system administration experience
- 7+ years of experience in a Senior position
- Expert knowledge of web hosting technologies
- Strong scripting ability in Perl, Bash, and Python
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Networking expertise
- 24/7 production environment with on-call duties
- Ability to build and configure servers from the ground up
- Good English communication skill
