Job Description
SERV is a behavioral healthcare provider in New Jersey dedicated to supporting individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities. They offer on-site direct behavioral health care services to adults, MICA, and Geriatric clients, focusing on a 2-5 group per day schedule.
Requirements
- Provide daily structure and outpatient groups (2-5 groups daily)
- Supervision and assistance with daily living skills, anger management, mental health, current events, cooking, etc.
- Communication of client behavior and incidents to the team leader.
- Ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment and adhering to safety standards.
