Job Description
SERV, a behavioral healthcare leader, supports individuals with mental illness and intellectual/developmental disabilities through residential services. The Residential Counselor – I/DD will assist clients with daily living, provide behavioral support, medication management, and crisis intervention. They will also contribute to assessing, planning, and monitoring client progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with one (1) year of work or life experience
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
