Job Description
SERV supports people with mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities. The Residential Counselor provides therapeutic residential support to adult individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Requirements
- Provides support to clients in the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and personal care needs
- Provides direct supervision in a group home setting
- Provides input into assessments, conferences and treatment planning
