Job Description
The Residential Counselor – I/DD provides therapeutic residential support to adult individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Requirements
- Provides support to clients in the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and personal care needs
- Provides direct supervision in a group home setting
- Provides positive behavioral supports on a daily basis
- Collects and records data, and completes all required documentation
