Job Description
Sentara RMH Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Operating Room (OR) Team. The job involves managing surgical instruments, maintaining sterility and a sterile field, assisting the surgeon, and coordinating with the broader surgical team. The team performs complex open heart and thoracic surgeries, including bypass surgery, valve replacement, and aortic dissection repair.
Requirements
- Associates Degree - Nursing Required
- 1 Year of Operating Room experience
- Registered Nurse Licensure
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- CNOR- Certified Nurse Operating Room Preferred
