Job Description
Sendbird is looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDP) to lead high-impact customer deployments of our AI Agent platform and act as a connective tissue between customer feedback and Sendbird's core product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of previous experience in a PM or other product-facing role
- CS degree or other technical equivalent
- Technical familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, or agent-based systems
