Job Description
Sendbird is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to contribute to their mission of building the AI workforce. The FDE will work at the front lines, integrating, deploying, and improving AI agents tailored to individual customer needs. This role involves deep integration with customers, rapid prototyping, and contributing to the technical foundation of the Sendbird platform.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and web frameworks
- Experience with LLM APIs or learning to implement them
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines and knowledge bases
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and observability
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, GCP)
- Collaboration skills and comfort in agile teams
