We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager EMEA who is deeply familiar with export control regulations and can elevate the compliance function to a higher level.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, quality, risk, or operations, preferably in an international and/or highly regulated environment.
- In-depth knowledge of export control regimes, including EU Dual Use, and preferably also EAR and ITAR.
- Knowledge of sanctions legislation: EU-, UN-, and preferably OFAC sanctions, including embargoes and sanctioned party screening.
- Experience with product classification (e.g., ECCN, dual-use classification).
- Experience with license management for export permits.
- Good knowledge of customs and trade compliance, such as HS-codes, origin determinations, and AEO requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO norms and experience with audits (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain an overview.
- You can think strategically and act practically.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You can interact with stakeholders at various levels.
