Business Development Representative (BDR), LATAM

SecurityScorecard is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team. The BDR will be responsible for setting up introductions with ideal customers, qualifying their needs, and preparing them for sales opportunities. The role requires a strong ability to communicate, discover, and present to senior-level decision makers. The BDR will work closely with the Business Development Team and Field Sales Reps to drive sales growth and develop skills in cybersecurity and SaaS sales.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
• 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development
• Track record of consistent and effective sales development performance
• History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging
• Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
• Proficiency and experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn
