Journeyman Toolmaker - Day Shift

The Journeyman Toolmaker - Day Shift role involves repairing and maintaining plastic injection mold tools, troubleshooting molding defects, and assisting with training of other toolmakers and apprentices. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in assembly and reassembly of molds, a degree or diploma from a 2-year machine trades program, and strong organizational and mathematical skills.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly and reassembly of molds
• Degree or diploma from a 2-year machine trades program
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of tooling, tool room practices, and fabricating techniques
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to accurately troubleshoot and problem solve
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills
