Stqó:ya Construction is seeking a General Manager to lead its transformation and expansion into new markets. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with experience in construction, finance, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects and leading organizational growth
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract oversight
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with Indigenous communities and a demonstrated commitment to cultural safety and collaboration
