Job Description
We are seeking a Recovery Home Support Worker to join our team, working collaboratively to enhance client safety, assisting with activities of daily living, and encouraging full participation in community activities and programs. This is a Part time Weekend position working Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM- 4:00PM.
Requirements
- Grade 12, & Social Services Diploma, or Certificate from a recognized Health Care Worker educational program
- Food safe Level 1
- Current First Aid min 8 hours and CPR level 2 with AED Certification
- Non-Violent Crisis Training
- Two (2) years’ experience working in a psychiatric setting with individuals who have complex mental health and addictions issues
